Zoe is 1!

I'm back! It's been a busy couple of months. My daughter Zoe turned 1 year old on September 30! I could not believe how fast one year had past! I was busy being super mom planning her big birthday bash. We have a large family on both sides so a lot of planning and preparation was needed. Her birthday party was a complete success and I am so grateful to have such loving family and friends. I love watching my daughter grow and learn more each and everyday.  I would love to thank Patisserie Ganache for doing such an amazing job on her cake and really capturing my vision. Here are some pictures of her gorgeous and delicious cake!

Totally loving - BabyGanics Sunscreen

I was on a mission to find the perfect sunscreen for Zoe. Summer is here and I know I needed to protect Zoe's fair skin to the max! I was reading a few reviews online and I read an article on sunscreens to avoid and what were the best ones. BabyGanics was on the good list so I began my search to try it out. They were sold out on their website and Babies'R'Us! Le tears! I was losing hope that I wouldn't be able to try it out before the weekend came along. I finally found it on Amazon and since I have the Prime membership FREE two day shipping trial I decided to give it a go.

We were headed to a fun weekend at Fisherman's Warf in San Francisco and the weather was going to be clear skies with a slight breeze. I lathered Zoe up with the sunscreen and I love that it was not heavily scented. I even offered some to her father but he refused. After a long day out and about I was so happy that when we returned home Zoe had no signs of sunburn! Unfortunately, her father came back looking like a hot sunburned mess! Tsk, tsk!

I was beyond excited when I found out that Vans was coming out with a Hello Kitty Collection. My first thought was "Must get for Zoe!!!". Of course I could not decide on just one pair so I decided to get them both. They fit big on her right now she will of course grow into them! I think they are so cute!

Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day everyone! I hope your mom or if you are a mom have an amazing day! This is my first Mothers Day and I am spending it with my family and of course my daughter Zoe. We went to dinner last night at Benihana and it was delicious as usual! Today Zoe and I are going to hit the shopping scene and use all of these awesome giftcards! Happy 6 Months Zoe!

Today is a very special day! My beautiful daughter has turned 6 months! Wow time is going by so fast! She is almost going to be 1! I remember it like it was just yesterday I was on the couch with my big belly thinking about rescheduling my routine checkup for another day. Little did I know that when I went to the hospital I would come back with my baby girl a whole month early. 17 hours, 3 epidurals and 1 C-Section later my little Zoe was born at a tiny 4lbs . I never understood when parents said that once you have a child of your own you will know what true love is. I would give anything for Zoe. She is my reason for living and what I work hard for every day.

Nails of The Day - China Glaze Salsa

Hot mess. Ok I know I have chipped nails but this is after a long week of usage and tough mommy duties! Ahh so horrible I know but when I first applied Salsa by China Glaze it was really gorgeous and bold. I wore it to a Baptism I went to and I also paired it with my all time favorite lipstick, Ruby Woo from MAC. I decided not to look so flashy since I was doing a bold lip and nail and decided to pair it with a soft eye and an all black outfit. Of course I have no good shots of the complete outfit because it always get's a little hectic dressing a baby before a party. Zoe looked so adorable! She wore this super cute Burberry dress from Bloomingdales which she later had an accident on but that's what babies do right? She is going to be 6 months at the end of this month! Where has the time gone?

Hello Kitty Overnight Bag

Super excited! My Hello Kitty Overnight Bag came in the mail the other day! I love it so much. I can use it for so many things. It is big enough to work as a baby bag/purse for when I am out with Zoe. It's perfect for mini trips too! There are so many compartments to store anything. It is big and the material is perfect for any spills!
