» My Review - This reminded me of grade school when there were pens out with magical erasers. I remember ripping a hole through my paper trying to erase the pen marks. This pen wrote nice and smoothly. It has a nice fine tip that does not release too much ink. Now on to the erasing part, while it did erase it what I wrote it did not erase it completely. I guess it depends how dark you write. Perhaps if I were to write a bit more softly the writings would erase completely. The price point isn't so bad. I would definitely recommend these pens to those that are required to write in pen but tend to make that occasional error that needs slight erasing.

» My Review - The description of the scent is spot on! Starts off smelling like pomegranate and continues to work it's way through the other notes. It was not bad but it definitely has a strong staying power that may not be that great for those that can get nauseated easily. I sprayed it once and that was enough to leave a statement. Fragrances are a bit hard to review because from what I have come to understand we all have different opinions on what smells good. It doesn't smell bad but it is definitely not something I would go out of my way to buy.

Ghirardelli Gourmet Milk Sea Salt Escape

» My Review - So delicious. I love mixing chocolate with salty foods. It tastes so good. This chocolate bar is not overpowered with the Sea Salt at all. It has just the right amount of salt that you can slightly taste it. It was delicious with every bite. The almonds also provided a great crunch.

» My Review - I was so excited to see Venus products in my Cosmo VoxBox. I fell in love with the previous Venus product that I received in my other VoxBox so I knew these were going to be another hit! I reviewed the Venus & Olay one in my previous Influenster post so please check out my review on that one. The razors provide a superb shave and I did not have any cuts. My legs felt extremely smooth afterwards.  It was able to bend easily when it went past on my knees. I love these razors and will continue to buy the refills.

Review - Influenster Summer Beauty Voxbox

Hey everyone! Sorry for the recent lack of posts. My modem was broken and needed to get replaced. I am also going to start my new job soon which I am really excited about!

I was super excited to find out that I was chosen to receive Influenster's Summber Beauty Voxbox. I had a lot of fun trying out all of the different products that they sent for me to review. On to the review...

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen SPF 30
» Price - $8.99 for 6oz bottle

» My Review - I love this sunscreen! It has a yummy smell and feels super refreshing on my face. I love that when I put it on it does not feel heavy or slimy like some sunscreens feel on my face. It provided great coverage throughout the day and left my skin feeling extra smooth. I will definitely purchase this again as my go to sunscreen.

» My Review - I thought this was a great idea to include a new feminine product for us women to try out. This comes with a really cute wristlet that has a pink and purple ombré effect to it. I think this is perfect to store in your purse so you can keep all of your feminine products in it. I will definitely be using this for my purse. The actual products worked fine as most of the products that I have tried from them have.

Quaker Soft Baked Bar in Banana Nut Bread

» My Review - For being 140 calories it was pretty filling. It has a strong banana taste at first but then the almonds give it the granola taste afterwards. It was pretty good. I'm not a big fan of banana bread but it still had a good taste. I don't know if I would purchase this again. I enjoy different Quaker bars over this one.

» My Review -I have tried magnetic nail polish before and I absolutely loved the cool effect that it gave my nails. The Sally Hansen one worked exactly like the first magnetic polish that I tried out but it costs less. I hope they start releasing more color options because I will definitely chose this brand to try out different colors and effects!

» My Review - This was very moisturizing but did not give my hands an oily feel to it. It had a subtle scent to it and lasted the entire day. Even after I washed my hands countless times during the day they did not feel dried out. I don't know if this could replace my hand cream from LUSH. I love the lemon scent that it leaves on my hands.

» My Review - I wish I had more of this product. I have long, thick hair and ran out before using it for 7 days. I started to notice a nice shine to my hair. It did not look dead and weak. I loved the smell! It smelled really fresh and fruity. I will definitely purchase the full size shampoo but I am a bit skeptical on the conditioner because it felt a bit weak for me. It did not work as good as my current conditioner.

Face of The Day - Summer Look

Hey everyone! How is your Summer coming along? The weather has been kind of up and down here in San Francisco. We really haven't been experiencing any of the heat waves that have been going on. Today's look was inspired by a pair of earrings that I purchased at Forever 21. I loved the combination of Orange and Teal so I wanted to create a look around that.

Review - Influenster Love Voxbox

Hey loves! So a few weeks ago I received my free Love VoxBox from Influenster. Those of you who are not familiar with Influenster, it is a website where you sign up and earn badges when you take different surveys. They have surveys for beauty, fitness, food lovers and a lot of other categories. The more badges that you unlock you have more chances of receiving their awesome VoxBoxes that have a range of products that you can try. The boxes are free but you must agree to give your honest reviews on the products that they send. How hard is that? I love writing reviews so I was so excited to participate. 

The first VoxBox that I was sent was the Love VoxBox. This one premiered in February and has fun products that are geared toward getting you ready for that special Valentine's Day Date.

» Overall Rating - I have always wanted to try a Venus Razor. I would get so close but then put it back because of the price. My eyes lit up when I saw this included in the box. When I first opened the razor I immediately noticed the delicious smell. It smelled like Vanilla and Honey. It also came with a cute holder for the shower. I was surprised in the directions that it explained that no shaving cream was needed! I absolutely love this razor! It was super easy to use and it really did not need any shaving gel at all. I was done so fast. I had no cuts or anything. The only negative thing that I can say about this product is that I did notice the two bars of Olay were already fading. I will definitely be purchasing this razor again based on the fact how fast and easy it was to shave my legs.

» Overall Rating - I am not a tea person at all. I am more of a coffee kind of gal. I was nervous when I saw all of those tea packets. I was pleasantly surprised when I started to sample all of the different flavors. The box comes with acai berry, blueberry superfruit, chamomile, cinnamon apple chamomile, lemon ginger, licorice spice, mango passionfruit, peppermint and wild raspberry hibiscus. My top favorite ones were acai berry, lemon ginger and mango passionfruit. This came at a perfect time because I have been sick all week. I love how they don't have any overpowering taste and they soothed my throat. This box would be perfect for any tea lover or even anyone like myself that wants to sample different flavors.

» Overall Rating - I am chocolate obsessed. This bar tasted like heaven. I already loved Ghirardelli chocolates to begin with but this bar tasted different from the ones that I have tried in the past. It did not taste too strong at all. I could not put it down. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

» Overall Rating - I have never really used any sweeteners before. This one did not taste bad at all. I put it in my coffee and it did taste a bit like sugar. I like that it is a healthier alternative to sugar. It's a bit pricey so I will just stick with my normal sugar.

» Overall Rating - I was super excited to see this in my VoxBox. First of all I was so happy that I got the leopard print design! I have used nail stickers in the past from other brands so I was really curious to see how this one was going to hold up. I really liked how the stickers were placed. They were all on a clear strip which provided easy peel off application and did not live a big mess like other nail stickers. I am on week 2 and now I am starting to notice a bit of wear on my nail tips. The Kiss Nail Dress are a few dollars cheaper so based on that I would recommend these over the more expensive ones because they provide the same amount of coverage. I hope they release more designs in the future.
